I have strange mannlicher cartridge. Anyone knows this type of bullet?

Hi!
It's normal M93 8X50R, on the bottom is GR (Georg Roth) / 18 / 93 / VII.
The bullet is partially soft steel (like normal bullet),but top is lead. Lead top is cca 1 cm long.
Maybe is cartridge civilian hunting, not an army issue.But so early??
I'll get better photos in the evening, ImageShak ¨is making some problems!

It is a grenade launcher round.Some of these cartridges have a knurled rim.Your round,with a standard rim is for "universal grenade"
It is an uncommon item
